Poverty means being unable to afford basic necessities. It is a serious problem in this country and you can’t dismiss it with that waffle.
Reginald D Hunter seeing his name trending on twitter (for the first time ever?) and then realising its people expressing sympathy for the trajectory of his career.
@sophielouisecc
Just wait until its something you want to protest and then maybe you can understand how cracking down on protests isn't really the behaviour of a free country.

He was opposing the death penalty. So he was opposing an evil thing. I know we're not used to leaders with principles but it would probably be a good thing!
“A new politics, funded by oligarchs, built on sophisticated cheating and provocative lies, using dark ads and conspiracy theories on social media, has perfected the art of persuading the poor to vote for the interests of the very rich.”

What's not british in that photo? Goats have been in this country for centuries. Unless you mean his clothes? Because as far as I am aware, letting people wear what they want is British. We don't all wear top hats and morris dancing costumes.

@Mermaids_Gender
Why do the LGB alliance not condemn conversion practices for gay people? In fact, why is there whole thing about attacking trans instead of supporting gay people?
@NeilJIrving24
@David__Osland
We are suffering from an inflation and cost of living crisis that is close to getting out of control, despite massive wage controls on and off since 2008 - for everyone except those at the top hoarding wealth. Wage depression for the poor doesn't work, it just causes suffering.

Oh no they made a joke, how awful! I'm sure you got just as pissed off every time Johnson joked about things he shouldn't have...
Brown actually led a lot of the global effort to deal with the huge crash and things got worse after the tories came in, too.
@Rod__Mason
@SholaMos1
For a start, that’s not the question you posed. You said it wasn’t credible that anyone could have racist reasons for asking about a baby’s skin colour. That’s obviously an absurd argument.
Secondly, is anyone saying it was the king?
@gilliooo
@GBNEWS
Because many people still think that being gay is wrong and having high profile brave role models helps young gay people realise there is nothing wrong with it.
@BlueNosePanda
@universaluk
Fair enough if you disagree on Us, it was a bit more subtle. But Get Out wouldn't have worked without it being about race as it was about the fetishisation of black bodies and liberal racism.

What? They literally voted against food for hungry kids. Are you saying there are no hungry kids? You may want to look around this land.
@EssexPR
Virtue signaling is your entire job.
And literally just suggested you have some compassion for people at risk. You can still hope that people don't drown while disagreeing with how they travel.
@TonyAngelUK
@ThomasWillett9
@YvetteHenson
Of course it does. When you leave this to the parents you give abusive parents a free pass to do whatever they want because the kids are never taught about what healthy relationships are and what behaviour needs to be reported as abuse.
@_SaveOurStatues
Due process was ignored in the years where people campaigned to have the statue taken down or altered through the proper channels.
Block off access to due process and then people will eventually tear down your statues.
@whitestrat69
@campbellclaret
Approving of policy based on it pissing off people, while ignoring the actual effects on people, is a colossally stupid way to think.

You’re disgusting and incompetent. If you need violence in order to maintain a relationship you shouldn’t be in a relationship.

No one is being slaughtered. They are fetuses. You don't really believe that a fetus is the same as a born person.
If it were about saving anybody, then you'd be as angry about the people who are denied care for unviable pregnancies because of these restrictions.

Hmm why would JP Morgan, an organisation that profits from the transfer of wealth from poor to rich, want to be based in a country with a hard right government that wants to take away more workers rights and give tax cuts to the wealthy?
@rayallsop1983
@gerryoliver1
Nope. If you want Liverpool fans to be blindly loyal to something just because it’s British, you should support Liverpool just because they are British. Otherwise it’s double standards.

Can we stop patronising the working class about racism? They likely have more interaction with non-white people (who are overrepresented in the working class) than racisms cheerleaders in the press.

Loved by a tiny amount of women who seem to be able to ignore his abuse of other women who disagree with him.
You have read the above thread, right? He's basically scamming you.
Labour forget there’s a tax cut coming in July. The national insurance threshold will increase in a few months.
The answer is not to just keep borrowing and throwing money at everything. If people think things are bad now, Labour would be catastrophic. Jobs would be lost.

That's very patronising Brian.
She's an adult, not a 'girl' and she should be asked questions if she is going to make those kind of statements. If she can't back up such things then she's not good enough as a journalist.

Sex was taught as sinful so that powerful men could abuse women and children who then wouldn't speak out about it because they had no experience of healthy relationships and thought they were sinful.

It definitely is. It's not like its even just a cloth mask, it is a proper one.
Either way, it is simply insecurity which is making people like you harangue those who simply choose to wear a mask.
