Y'all go support Sharx on prospect of you can. Due to the virus, his sales dropped tremendously so he has been struggling to pay full rent ($2200 a month). He never missed a payment in 13 yrs until the virus hit. Then construction started on the shopping area.

Today marks 9yrs when I first signed a contract with the KC School District to handle construction/remodel projects in the North Zone. Most of these contracts only last for a particular project or for 12 months max. The fact they have renewed my contract for 9 yrs is a blessing!!

Dropped my kids off to their mom at 5pm yesterday so she could spend MD weekend with them. By 7:30pm she was calling to drop them back off. I was busy and wasn't home. I got home just after midnight last night. Why were my kids knocking on my door in their PJ'S at 12:15am smh
