BREAKING: The 3 Tacoma police officers acquitted in the death of #MannyEllis have agreed to voluntarily leave the department. Internal investigation found no wrongdoing by the officers under 2020 use of force policy, but Chief Avery Moore says policy has since been updated.

NEW: Federal judge strikes down Seattle anti-graffiti law saying it is "vague" and "over-broad". In the span of the week, city attorney's office cannot take action on either drug possession or graffiti. Yikes.

HAPPENING NOW: The @TacomaHumane animal shelter is in “state of emergency” due to lack of kennel space and waiving adoption fees through Sunday. Currently has 122 dogs and 189 cats needing homes as of Tuesday. Including this adorable one.
