I don't think Harbaugh knows or quite comprehends that athletes LITERALLY make MORE than support staff. Athletes make 70k and above while some positions only make 32k-45k. So, tell me again why they should give up 5% of their salary to someone who makes double already?

I absolutely couldn't agree more! Everyone cared for the student-athletes but forgot to check-in on their employees. Employees who work 80-90 hours weeks, non-liveable salaries and a culture where you tied your life to them and never saw family because of a game.
