Our problem is that we have been deceived into thinking that the trigger happy hire & fire nonsense was justifiable as long as we can win the odd trophy even if we're far off the top of the log. We became the addict that thought once he gets the occasional high, all is fine.
Emery is supposed to be some great tactician right? And Poch not a good tactician right? Emery just got absolutely torn into shred tactically. Three times back to back that Poch just schools this hyped Tactician.

Kai has been a sacrificial lamb. A great attacking mid who has been sacrificed because werner and lukaku on whom we spent 150m quid flopped big time. Until kai is consistently played off a main striker and fails to shine, I will always stand by him.
So Klopp lost to Palace at Anfield. I thought Poch is not even allowed to even draw with such teams? What was our score with Palace again? 3-1 win right? So football is not straightforward maths? Poch Out Merchants, where are you? Klopp must be so clueless right? Chaos-ball?
The Poch Out Agenda merchants secretly know the team has turned the corner and is looking more and more resilient & efficient despite still not being yet the finished article. Yet, Agenda must still agend. It must feel sad secretly wishing for your team not do well due to Agenda.
@EyeOnPalestines
Shameless lying Hamas Operatives. Your game is up. You have used human shields enough and you know the full truth is about to be revealed to all. This deflection will not wash.
What a beautiful tactical set up that finished the game. We are developing more tools to win. We are not a one dimensional team.
Hold that you Fragile, Impatient, Reactionary, toxic, Agenda Merchants
!!!
Galla reminds me so much of Azpi another all time favorite Chelsea player of mine. Galla, like Azpi, are not the most naturally gifted but boy, they leave it all on the pitch every time. I just love such dedication to duty.
This season Reece James is Chelsea captain, and Ben Chilwell is assistant captain, but guess who captained Chelsea for the majority of the season?
The amount of energy Conor Gallagher invested in each match for Chelsea to win is incredible.
I think the Premier League should
CHELSEA/LAVIA: DON'T GET WRAPPED UP IN THE NEGATIVITY!!!
At some point it has to be tiring. One bad news comes out and boom you have the biggest Chelsea fan accounts back alive after hibernating all week, geard up and ready to spread every news that will rile up the fans.

@Re7ceRevivaI
Sure you watched our games vs Liverpool, arsenal, City? Our first half vs West Ham till Enzo missed that pen? You fickle reactionaries will never stop doing revisionism. And this is coming from someone who backed Potter till he was sacked.
@iambryaneteng
Poch has also realised Misha does better centrally. He feels more liberated when he sees space both on right and left. At lw, he is invariably forced to go past full back with speed and that often limits him. Patience needed but after 20 years of insane Impatience, it is not easy
Should we just go for young Sesko to complement and grow with NJ and Nkunku or we should look to splash 100m on one of the Victors? Leaning more and more towards the former.
@VdykCFC
Revisionism-
Hazard did his thing without regard to Sarriball. Zola has said it over and over that Hazard just did his own thing.
Sarriball was done once J5 was nullified. Very predictable football. He ruined Kante's medically. Unforgivable.
19 yrs without silverware. Terrible.
@footyadvocate
Stop defending a player who should clearly take responsibility. At least J5 tries to do the hardwork despite his limitations. Enzo is just plain LAZY.
Great comment by Whyatt_Earp 74
The contingent of Chelsea supporters who’ve never seen a problem that can’t be solved by a good sacking are absolutely ruining the club right now. They fancy themselves its beating heart, but their vehemence runs in inverse proportion to (1)
If all it takes for success is money, PSG will have won UCL ages ago. $1b must yield success overnight for Chelsea right? Some of you will never learn.
@HistoryMatters7
Matt
Surprised you do not get it. Chelsea has some aura that is very addictive. Have seen same with even players of other clubs who come here. If Fabregas or Giroud could speak they will tell you they love the Spirit of Chelsea more. There is some mystique around Chelsea.
This is why Vince will get my respect most of the time. That ability to just state the naked truth that Osimhen is not the elite finisher. Vince and Osimhen are Nigerians by the way. Most will be biased. He puts Chelsea ahead of country. As it should be.
@EmenaIo
@FabrizioRomano
4 points off 7th with a game in hand despite being plagued by injury, inexperience and poor goal conversion due to no prolific striker. But for those we will not just have been in top 4 but competing. Some of you chronic moaners hate to see the truth.
We have a big game with City and Chelsea fans are not mostly worrying about being walloped by a huge margin. That says a lot about what Poch has achieved with these young lads even against the background of key injuries.
@Panacea009
@DeanCFC_
@MG09123
If he did not do that and we lost, some of you will have damned him for being naive. He just cannot win with some of you.
@Blue_Footy
@NiiNiiFC
This Gallagher being very technically not very good talk is just super lazy talk. There js no Cobham grad who has not got the mininum technical capacity needed. The improvement Galla showed on the ball last season shows he still has lot more capacity to improve even more.
@Blue_Footy
Precisely why we made carabao finals and not them. Once we sort out our issues with striker, some consistency that comes through growth and get less plagued with injury, we should accelerate quickly.
Terry is one of the United Fans i have massive respect for. A passionate United fan but even more passionate capacity to transcend agenda and call it accurately.
To be expected from these Impatient, reactionary clowns who think Rome is Built Overnight.
How do you treat these clowns? By not giving them the oxygen of attention they crave.
They are just an insignificant, miniscule bunch of attention seekers.
@Beejaysport
@Blue_Footy
Competition will bring best out of him. He still on good trajectory. Those of us who saw the beginning of Drogba here are not worried about NJ11.
@SeunMobolaji
Poch is spot on.
I saw it clearly that Anfield overwhelmed the young lads. And the seniors failed to inspire them. Silva, Chilwell and Sterling are not inspirational.
@Blue_Footy
@BBCMOTD
Someone is sulking and in a bad mood. Poch has tactically frustrated him back to back with a team of 21 year olds without a prolific striker.
@siphillipssport
NJ was a risk too but ended up scoring 14 non pen goals. With pen he will have gone 20+. Duran is more instinctive than NJ. Does not take one touch too many. Scored 5 goals in 450 min played which is 1 goal every 90min. Hits it great with both feet. A proper defender's nuisance.
The small matter of Poch inverting Chilwell and Cucu in pre season but having to battle with lot of injuries forcing him to use Colwill right from get go. Tactical brain needs presence of full complement of players. Poch has hardly had it.
Poch deserves credit. Not only is that 2 good results, almost 2 wins if not for VAR, against teams gunning for UCL but he’s also finally shown a tactical brain.
He’s finally stopped putting Cucurella out wide & inverted him into midfield.
Cucurella can’t bomb down the wing.
@sylvsoje01
@Chels_HQ
He has to up the ante. Kova gave us same flair without end product. We did not spend that much just to get another kova type. We need assists and goals from him and more accurate shooting as well. Flair not enough. Kdb, rodri, b silva, odegaard offer lot more.
@galtbro
@Blue_Footy
Caicedo can actually be even better as box to box so we should allow flexibility to see if Lavia will become the better DM and Caicedo the better B2B. Good problem to have.

He does not guarantee that. No serie A no9 guarantees that and he is not even that consistently clinical in that easier league.

1. Has Poch lost dressing room? No
2. Are the players showing improvement? Yes
3. Has Chelsea's finish of the season be better than the beginning? Yes.
Verdict- overwhelming evidence that Poch must stay.

Your reactionary dimension is getting worse and worse. Telling the truth about the circumstances of your exit does not make you less determined to win over your previous club.
Imagine the same reactionary bunch now saying Potter should have been kept when they spent virtually all season wanting him gone. These lots are incurable. Some of us said he was not the real issue- team was physically unfit and overbloated- with too much discontent.
@Blue_Footy
@Myka_veli
And we have the next group of stars behind them- by the time Palmer, Gusto, Jackson etc hit 28, Paez, Estevao, Angelo, Santos and others are ready.
My kind of Chelsea fan. A toxic positivity brother. We love it like that. Cheer us on through the sun and rain. We are Chelsea, Chelsea is the name. Blue is the colour......
I had a talk with
@AlexGoldberg_
and I still stand by my point.
Nobody is coming in and doing better job right now minus a Pep Guardiola.
Like I've been saying all season, it's not the same Chelsea, you say we haven't improved & the individual brilliance has got us out of it, but
Took note of that too. Almost Palmer-esque. The weight, timing and execution of his through balls are so on point. I am really buzzing to see what he adds.
One of the things our fans will enjoy from KDH is how frequently he would play through balls. Good weight on. Lot of them too. Jackson and Nkunku will enjoy those
@TheBlueDodger
Lamps was so right- the real problem last season was the abysmal level of physical fitness which resulted in poor results and led to psychological collapse. Poor Lamps was expected to be the Magician to resolve this.
@OliviaBuzaglo
What disrespect is that? Rodri? What Rodri? Can he lead Leceister to win Title and take a chelsea that finished 10th to the title and take a poor Chelsea that finished 20 points off the top to UCL win? Stop disrespecting football demi god Kante with these ordinary mortals.
@Pano_Footy
@CFCPys
The run and run defeated Brighton 4 times last season and dominated pep 3times and achieved the 3rd highest point tally in calendar year 2024 and created the second highest big chances in the epl.
What a great run run!!!!
Poch Out Brigade- You thought Poch was not sought out right? He has options. He walks straight into a good job if he leaves. Maybe a place where he can be properly appreciated.
@NiiNiiFC
@Chels_HQ
@repubblica
He was never the man to take us where we needed to go. A man who spent nearly two decades without any silverware was never the answer. Bad mistake by Roman and Marina who were always chasing that elusive Tiki Taka when Chelsea had always thrived under Pragmatic coaches rather.
Fickle minds forget so quickly. Relegation clubs Southampton and Leeds were feasting on us before he was sacked. That UCL win continues to delude the uninitiated. Even Di Matteo won that and Fa same season.
@TheBlueDodger
A massive coup. Another statement that shows we identify the atrocious physical fitmess of players last season as the greatest reason for the underperformance.
@Hemmerz_
Elite manager who was being toyed with by Leeds, Brendford and Southampton not to mention Arsenal making us look like clowns in pre season? You guys just think UCL win can paper over the cracks.
No team has ever dominated Emery's Villa at Villa Park as Chelsea did on saturday. Not City, Arsenal, or Liverpool. Poch's Chelsea just needs some key additions to be consistently ruthless.
@SeunMobolaji
I really gusto. Easily one of our best signings. I will go as far as placing him behind Palmer as our two best so far. Goes without saying that in my view, a signing like Enzo has to do more. The hype been too much.
