1.5 million expired N-95 masks were found in a stockpile kept by Customs & Border Protection. A CBP official confirmed to @NickMiroff , in this @washingtonpost story, that masks will go to ICE agents & TSA officers; not to FEMA staff or medical personnel.

Portugal will regularize legal status of those who filed applications but cldn't attend requisite appointments due to state of emergency. Logic being: everyone is safer when ppl are brought under, rather than excluded from, the protection of the state.
