🇬🇧🇦🇺 🇭🇰 Am I my brother's keeper? No, but I spend a lot of time cleaning up after him! Proudly blocked by Byline and the London Fox Murderer, not Carole.

No they didn't. They've been going on about it for ages. It's just that what they've been communicating was bollocks, as the predicted sea level rises haven't materialised!

@PaulLewis
@guardian
Read to the end Carole. "The Scott Trust, the ultimate owner of the Guardian, is the sole investor in GMG Ventures, which is a minority shareholder in Faculty.".
It turns out you were working for them all along. Lol
The ICO “have now have confirmed that they have found no evidence to suggest that information of Facebook users in the UK was ever shared by Dr Kogan with Cambridge Analytica, or used by its affiliates in the Brexit referendum”
@Tobias_Ellwood
You have to question why you joined the
@Conservatives
party in the first place? You'd have been more comfortable in Blair's Labour Party.
@RepAdamSchiff
Why are you scared of having Banks and Jordan on this investigation? When was the last time a party refused to allow the other's nominees on such a House investigation panel?
@carolecadwalla
@PaulLewis
@guardian
How very convenient. Investments GMG Ventures make help fund The Scott Trust. The Scott Trust (whose board
@KathViner
sits on) fund the Guardian (saved it from collapse before, will have to do so again as Ad revenues dump). Follow the money Carole.
@SBarrettBar
Yikes, against the opposition of the French, Czechs, Dutch, Portuguese. So the unelected appointee supplants the elected leaders of the EU Nations,!
So much for EU Unity. Hungary has a democratic election, the result isn't what the
@EU_Commission
wanted so they'll now take steps to effectively impose sanctions on Hungary. Hungary taking in a lot of Ukrainian refugees.
What's really shocking is the discreet last para, that The Scott Trust, which owns the
@guardian
is one of the owners of Faculty! What is going on here?
There’s another company at heart of this story too. Meet
@faculty_ai
. Formerly known as ASI, the ‘secret’ data firm Dominic Cummings hired to do Vote Leave’s data modelling. There’s so much about this work that has never come out. A small fraction here:
Richard clashes with climate author Gerald Kutney following a Twitter spat in which Gerald labelled Richard "disgraceful".
Richard says "How dare you smear me and label me for being a denier when I'm doing more to reduce emissions than you are!"

They might also want to think that we were the first to ban the slave trade and slavery. Are they asking for compensation from the African countries that sold the slaves to the traders in the first place?
@WalkerMarcus
@VodafoneUK
@GBNEWS
One assumes this means that
@vodaphone
are in the vanguard of cancel culture and will cut off your phone service if they don't like your political views! Big brother is listening to you.
@realDailyWire
Does that mean that they personally will be paying reparations to the original inhabitants of that land (the native American tribes)? You know, to set an example to others.
@_HelenDale
For a start the FCA has to ban Alison Rose from working in financial services ever again.
Then they have to question whether the remaining NatWest board members are fit and proper, given their appalling lack of judgment!
“If they don’t want people noticing they are a kangaroo court, then they should hop less.”. The fact is neither the Privileges Committee of the HoC not the full chamber of the HoC has any jurisdiction over Peers in the HoL, anyone o/s the HoC.
The kangaroo court is *doing it again*
You cannot, as law, select your victim
Either every critic of the broken process is guilty (which would include me and a lot of others) or none of us are guilty
Guess what? No one is guilty - just embarrassing now
@SkyNewsAust
It's amazing that supposed "experts" are panicking at the normalisation of interest rates. Yes there will be fall out (likely very bad!) from this, but it is merely the result of the unwinding of years of misconceived ultra loose monetary policy and excess Govt, corporate,...
The
#ECB
will accept some junk-rated debt as collateral for loans to banks, a move that aims to shield euro area’s most vulnerable econs as countries like Italy face the risk of credit downgrades. Assets eligible on Apr7 to be accepted even if downgraded.
@UkraineLive2022
Although of course Poland is currently still being threaten with sanction/withholding of funds by the EU, as they don't like her national laws (like Hungary). Funny old world.
@SenatorWong
What about the Brittany Higgins scandal - Katy Gallagher and Lisa Wilkinson? Will the
@AlboMP
Govt set up an independent inquiry and look into the Kimberley Kitchen bullying allegations while they're at it?
@campbellclaret
@Waterstones
Alastair knows that if you can indoctrinate the young whilst their minds are developing you'll have them a lot longer. Worked for the Germans in the 30s and 40s.
@HlneMorin9
@TheRealKeean
Don't know much about thisut I assume the Canadian Govt's looking to do largely what the Dutch one wants to do. Is that right?
@hughosmond
@SuzanneEvans1
Quite right, QE has been a massive exercise in devaluating currencies, boosting money supply and inflating asset prices. The first 2 haven't been so noticeable because everyone's been doing it and as a result the asset price bubbles are much bigger than people realise.
@BrandonStraka
What's the catch phrase of the liberal press, "democracy dies in the darkness", isn't it? Or does that only apply when Conservatives are in power?
@JustinWelby
I shall be sure to tell my adopted, multi-ethnic children that I repent of my prejudices. Wonder what they'll make of that, but since I don't want to be sent to hell by the Arch-Bish..
@EuroGuido
If it was a waste of time and money…as well as a “a serious error of judgment”, one would hope that the court would've imposed a costs penalty on the client and/or the legal team involved!
@TheRealKeean
So
@JustinTrudeau
@PierrePoilievre
it wasn't a coincidence that senior Trudeau Foundation figures were heading up the foreign interference inquiry.
Time for an inquiry into the inquiry!
@vonderleyen
@Lagarde
@SecYellen
A failed ex-German Defence Minister, a French lawyer and politician found guilty of negligence in the Tapie case and who shafted the Greeks through the Eurozone crisis and the woman known as Calamity Janet when at the Fed. Fills you with confidence.
@ggreenwald
Do you think he knows the Warsaw pact doesn't exist any more, given most of its signatories, either no longer exist or are NATO members now. And that Belarus was in, as part of the USSR, just like Ukraine. But he sees a lifeline for the mid-terms in this!
@AdamBienkov
@peterjukes
The story wasn't that she was trying to avoid a fine. She was trying to get a driver awareness course on a one-time basis. When that couldn't be done she took the fine. This looks like a deliberate attempt to misrepresent the story.
This is Tim Matthews, the person who lied about spotting Dominic Cummings breaking Lockdown.
Let's share this photo & perhaps the MSM can now show him the same "attention" they showed Mr Cummings?
@CarolineVoaden
Never seen a bigger waste of time in my life. But hey, if you want to go ahead. If there's a debate it will be interesting to see if
@Keir_Starmer
turns up and votes in favour. He seems to be keen to do anything he can to make sure the
@UKLabour
remain unelectable.
