Unfortunately this is almost all true. Your body makes about ~3 g of creatine/day and you need about 5, with the difference coming from animal products. Definitely recommend if you’re vegetarian, not just weightlifting. Also studies show it massively reduces muscle damage

I've had to take my health into my own hands several times, and I've used what I've learned to help family and friends sort out similar problems in their own lives. What I learned is that many of us silently live with chronic conditions, without the tools to fix it. 3/n

i did cloud rollouts for public sector and enterprise for a living but still somehow shocked that a worldwide security company doesnt have enough testing in place to catch something like this, doesnt do phased rollouts, etc, AND that southwest is somehow running on windows 3.1??

So, Google Chrome gives all *.google.com sites full access to system / tab CPU usage, GPU usage, and memory usage. It also gives access to detailed processor information, and provides a logging backchannel. This API is not exposed to other sites - only to *.google.com.

As an intern i taught a git class to employees once, they were mostly from data science programs. Pretty common even for cs programs to skip git, cloud, etc and focus on theoretical. In other words, expected behavior, you have to teach new grads how to work on a team.

Its never too late. I never took math past 8th grade algebra until i was 27 in community college. I transferred to a 4 year school and graduated with an electrical engineering degree and took graduate level math courses.

Yesterday, I decided to automate our gate door. We were using a clunky remote, but I didn't want to have it all the time. I first thought about replicating the RF remote, but it was using rolling codes. Afterward, I opened the gate motor and discovered it had several I/O ports.

What's the best theory on why all the new car safety tech is having ~no impact on car fatality rates? I (wrongfully) assumed that blind spot + lane departure detection etc. made us safer — but car fatality rates are flat / up over the last decade.
