I did a hard thing yesterday. Ran my first half marathon and had a goal of a 9:15 pace. Had two brothers pace, push and motivate me. A thousand thank you’d can’t convey the gratitude I have for those two guys. Plus another bro and his fam made a sweet sign to cheer along the run.

@RealCandaceO I chose athletic stupidity after I turned 50. I ran a 10 mile race on the hottest day of the year, that included 5 boot camp workouts, completed an overnight endurance ruck event, completed a Spartan, ran a half marathon and ran a 5-man relay of a 210 mile race (43 miles by me).
