Glasgow Labour’s alternative budget would have allowed for time to consider ANY cuts to education. The SNP and Greens didn’t even consider it and now it’s our city’s children and teachers that will pay the price. Glasgow deserves better 🌹

Taxi drivers in Glasgow deserve a fair deal. About a third of them have left the trade since the pandemic hit, harming our city's economy. There are solutions out there for a just transition to zero-emission vehicles, but Ministers must get a grip on this before it's too late.

The SNP fail to remember cuts in the Labour budget to education were in year 3 after proper reviews, consultation and revenue raising, to negate some of the horrific cuts from their leaders in Edinburgh. They have assumed job cut numbers. They are the ones misleading the public.
