Exactly a year ago I got some health news that scared me and I became determined to reverse course. Today I’m 60lbs lighter and 42 total inches lost. I don’t share this stuff on social media but I want people to know that there is hope if you are struggling. ♥️

My most cherished memories I made with my son were at Seahawk games. BeastQuake, the Tip, the comeback against GB in the playoffs. Pete Carroll is a leader of men and a once in a lifetime human being. Be grateful we called him ours for so many years. Love you @PeteCarroll 💙💚

I’ve never done this but I brought my slippers to school today, didn’t know why but this morning I got news that a former student died by suicide. I needed those sleepers for comfort as a cried at my desk. Rough rough day. 😢. Pray for his family. 💔
