I've been working with Mod Manked on collating a whole bunch of Wildy-focused content and designing (or adapting players') overhauls/adjustments to breathe some extra life into this barren wasteland!
Genuinely insane that we're probably going to see over 1m TOA completions today, only a week after its release...
Haven't been this addicted to OSRS in a long time, hope you've all been having as much fun with it as I have! Keep an eye out for some balancing changes tomorrow!

Adding a kit for Zarosian armour from four Zaros-associated encounters from a quest entirely about the Zarosian empire is obviously not as direct as 'COX gives Twisted kits', but the example given feels a little like a false equivalence

Maintenance isn't directly related to the content of the update. It's for us to be able to upgrade backend systems (things like servers) and to put things in place to address other concerns like game stability.

It's based primarily off of the data that we have around completion rates, times taken, drops coming in at various raid levels etc.
Can understand why you might feel that way, but most of the balancing decisions are data-driven following the first week.
Very stressful but super fun project to work on, excited for your feedback and tweaks in the coming weeks. Hope any of you getting stuck in today have a good time!

looks like Graardor/K'ril/high-invoc Ba-Ba/that weird 2:1 shield flicking Cerb tech (literally how do you come up with this stuff???) are back on the menu. we did it!

The team are looking to make fairly frequent iterations so I don't have the specific numbers at the moment, coupled with the team clocking off for the weekend. That said, 99 Agility/64kg is a lower drain rate than current live game behaviour, coupled with the higher regen!

Otherwise 'counting' in places where visual indicators for style switch can overlap with other anims (Hydra's the last one left afaik)
Some new content (clues), system overhauls (Trouver), additional loot incentives (Slayer, Agility, Scorpia, Chaos Ele, WBR, Resource Area, Rogues' Chest thieving), scattered QoL like supply drops on all NPCs for extended trips and standardising NPC respawn timers Wildy-wide!

As a team of 'brand new dev' and CM with no brain, we're not exactly pumping out models and demos, but we've written up a *lot* (too much to share at this point). Perhaps we can pick some faves to talk a little more about if people fancy, and wanted to share at least *something*
Contents is a little sprawling but it's been fun to work on tweaking what's already there (this time last year I'd worked a little on the Wilderness Expansion with Soffan, Ayiza and Roq) and put together a suite of smaller changes on some Wilderness mainstays!
