The “shock” technique is highly underutilized to gain leverage into the box versus a corner who is taking away the inside. Shoot your hands to take the DB’s eyes away from jam then release to the box. Shoot + crack = shock.

Most coaches work upwards of 60 hours per week. 40 hour work week at $25 per hr equals $1000 (pre-tax). 20 hours of OT at 37.50 equals $750 in an everyday job. Multiply that by 52 and you get $91,000 per year. Propst is worth much more IMO. Very deserving of his salary.

The speed out/fade outleverages the 2 high safety much faster than a hitch and provides the ability for the QB to hit the “hole” versus a trap corner.

Excellent play design by @BrentDearmon and execution by QB vs. 33 stack look. Overhang (D-Gap Fitter) player triggers before snap, leaving a nice cushion for the speed out/flat vs the 2-High look. Starting to like the speed out/flat instead of just hitches/slants all the time.

@CoachTM9 Max preps is our yearly database for stats. Good way for the players to look them up quickly in case a recruiter calls them. They also see where they measure up against competition but as far as being recruited off of stats alone, that’s a new one on me.
