We must feel fortunate that during the pandemic so many of us can just stay warm at home, food stocked in our kitchens, reading, working, learning, creating, talking to our close ones, with just a few worries. Let’s be grateful today and remember that life is a blessing !

Your diet is not only what you eat. It is what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around. Be mindful of what and who you allow into your space, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Your environment influences your experience.
The best kind of people are the ones that come into your life and make you see the sun where you once saw clouds. The people that believe in you so much that you start believing in yourself too. The people that love you simply for being you.The once-in -a-lifetime kind of people.

The right partner encourages you to strengthen your boundaries and to take care of yourself. The right partner doesn’t want you to feel drained and tired — they want to see you happy and healthy.

Spend your time with people who make you happy, the ones who make you feel wanted. Those who value you and compliment your life should get more of your energy.
If you’ve ever had a "move back in with your parents" phase yet you hate on homeless people, you may need to reevaluate yourself cause the only difference between you and them is you had someone to catch you when you fell.
Some important truths:
1. You will never ‘find’ time, you have to make it
2. You have to think about yourself too
3. It’s harder to be kind than smart
4. Everybody hurts
5. Nobody knows everything
6. Life is not fair, we have to live with it
7. Everything doesn’t make sense.
"To make life a little better for people less fortunate than you, that's what I think a meaningful life is. One lives not just for oneself but for one's community."
To those of us fighting battles and dealing with struggles, please know you are not alone. I know it’s difficult sometimes because for whatever reason, you’re unable to speak about it and you’re handling it alone. Just know, I see you and I hear you. You’re not alone ❤️
You're not reading this by accident. Everything will be just fine. Breathe and remember that you’ve been in this place before. You've been uncomfortable, anxious, scared, and you survived. So close your eyes and feel the universe within you making a way for you this very moment.
The worst mistake you can make is to give up on yourself and stop challenging yourself for fear of failure. Keep moving forward with a firm eye on the future, telling yourself, “I’ll start from today!” “I’ll start afresh from now, from this very moment!”
Make sure you are open to receiving love, opportunity, and genuine compliments. Reject that instinct to deflect all things good. You do deserve that genuine good energy coming to you — accept it.

You may find your job poor, but the dream of an unemployed.
You may find your home small, but the dream of a homeless.
You may find your health poor but the dream of a sick.
You may find your smiles less but it may be the dream of a depressed.
Remember to count your blessings.
It’s important you upgrade your mindset. Read new books. Meet new people. Hear new music. Do something new. Seriously you have a full life to live, don’t spend it in a box.
Some simple advice:
A) Listen to your parents, they always have your best interest in mind.
B) Choose your friends well, they influence your thinking the most.
C) Spend less than what you earn.
D) Keep on learning- read, read, read.
E) Look after your health.
You’ll be okay.
Don’t be obsessed by society norms-this will kill your happiness. Don’t listen to comments of how your life is going. You don’t have to finish college at 18 or get the job at 21 or get married at 25 or have kids at 35. Everyone is different and your path to happiness will be too!

The Heart is like a bottle of Perfume:
If you do not open it, nobody knows the fragrance inside.
If you always keep it open, it loses its fragrance.
So open it only for people whom you trust and those who touch your heart.
Choose kindness always. Put ourselves in someone else’s shoes instead of trying to figure out how they feel based on our limited viewpoint. How difficult is it to empathize with others when we don’t know their circumstances? It costs nothing. Just a big heart and an open mind!
I hope that life treats you well, and when it doesn’t, I hope that you treat yourself well. It is your reaction to adversity, not the adversity itself, that determines how your life’s story will develop. Whatever choice you make, makes you. Chose wisely.
