Professor Selina McCoy notes that, according to the findings, the ethos valued by students includes community building, extracurricular engagement, balancing academic and personal development and a commitment to inclusion and diversity.
John Curtis identifies this long list of Initiative Overload in 1 year, calling for the pace of change to be measured, to set time scales that are that allow time to digest and engage with implementation.
