@CanteringClark Been trading crypto since 2014, stocks since 90's & watched CNBC while in diapers in 80's. Simply put, in my experience, bottoms are formed during flux times when the OG's are cautiously waiting (but have no clue) & the newbs are very, very fearful...that sure feels like now.

@Rewkang Good point! Many of the comments here fail to recognize that Assets = Liabilities+Equity, and if you have a $1.4b BTC and $600m ETH customer liability listed but only FTT/SRM/SOL and some stable assets, then you are effectively net short the markets and net long your own crap.

@ColeGarnerBTC It doesn't appear to be a leading indicator if that's what you're hinting at. If anything it goes up and price goes up at the exact same time. However recently a huge bump up in tether correlated with a drop in price, which, if anything, seems like a huge fn bearish sign.

What @altstatemachine has done w/ the gen2 mining phase is create a 'proof of human' mining algo. A human must pick where, what size & how much to mine on a spot & then wait for the mining period to end to start a new spot to mine. Block reward = gen2 brain. Pretty ingenuous.

Fun w/ @poloniex 's @cosmos staking math: 1,682,000 staked $Atoms earning 10%/yr = 168,200 $Atoms Polo's take= 25% fee - 10% Infinity Stones' fee = 15% net =~25,000 $Atoms for Polo per year =~ $125k just for custodying $Atoms Just a matter of time before they're all doing it.

Some have said that Cosmos is young still and so not yet matured and that this nice community wouldn't last....I don't agree with that. Maybe that'll all change if/when $Atoms do their first 10x, but there's definitely something different here that we haven't yet seen in Crypto.

Few in the Cryptosphere realize this. They figure BTC ETF is a short-term event. Back in 2004 I recall many gold bugs claimed GLD would be a short-term too. In reality GLD allowed Grandma's and Grandpa's who were pissed at leaving the gold standard decades ago to get revenge.

1/3 Here's the thing about BinanceDEX+Cosmos which most are missing... No one's forcing Binance to do this. There's not like some pre-existing neck-and-neck uber-competitive Crypto-trading DEX out there forcing Binance's hand here... It's basically Binance sitting mostly alone

Got a sudden response from the NY DFS: They denied me all private discussions w/ @Coinbase & NY DFS regarding @Cosmos bc "it would cause substantial injury to the competitive position of Coinbase if disclosed." In other words, @Cosmos is a BFD to Coinbase! I'm appealing this.

Re-reading the NY DFS delay response, missed this nugget: "because the potentially responsive records contain highly sensitive information and require specialized review." In the previous 2 delays they said they delayed due to voluminous requests and basic short-staffing.
