Planting trees in an EU forest with European colleagues at Jeongshim Elementary School this week. Wonderful initiative by the Finnish Embassy and Tree Planet to highlight the importance of tackling air pollution and creating a sustainable future.
Today is the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of the Korean War. Despite horrific suffering in the war and the enduring pain of separation, the Korean people built a prosperous and free country, and one that honours the courage and sacrifice of all who fought for its freedom.
