Amazing scene after game. An FSU fan fell out on the court with an apparent heart attack. First responders doing chest compressions, the whole nine. He eventually comes to. Fans watching let out a cheer. He does the chop before getting on stretcher and in ambulance. Incredible.

Definitely one way to look at it. Another way is a team went 13-0, including wins over two SEC teams & the Heisman Trophy winner, won a Power 5 conference title, and were told by the CFP Committee that none of it mattered. So some of those players decided this bowl didn't matter

FSU Soccer won its first NCAA Championship in 2014. ... Penn State, USC and Stanford won the next three. Then the Seminoles beat ALL THREE OF THEM in the last 14 days en route to their second national title. Incredible run by Mark Krikorian's club.

Brendan Gant came to FSU as a 4-star DB and has been a starter there. Wyatt Rector came to FSU to play QB. Neither is in those roles. Gant is now a backup linebacker. Rector is a tight end. And those guys were busting ass downfield to recover the two muffed punts. Says a lot.

So FSU ranks No. 7 nationally in the Rivals recruiting rankings right now. The six schools above the 'Noles are LSU, Clemson, Ohio State, Alabama Georgia and Michigan. Those six were a combined 73-11 last year. FSU was 5-7. ... That's kinda amazing.

Since taking over as FSU's full-time QB, Jordan Travis has started 6 games. He has completed 90 of 137 passes (66 percent) for 1,100 yards with 10 TDs and 1 INT. He's rushed for 396 yards and 5 TDs. So in 6 games: 1,496 total yards, 15 total TDs with one interception. Wow.

This came up on my wife’s memories from 17 years ago. I would sneak my oldest daughter, Molly, onto press row for FSU women’s hoops games. She would draw pictures of the players and cheerleaders. She’s graduating college in May. Unreal.

FSU could have played better in the second half in some situations. But if you don't think those @ACCFootball officials absolutely changed the game with several calls and no-calls in the second half, you need to watch it again. That should have been a blowout.
