I see new orgs coming bus gumm itna h ki kuch 2-3 chutiye hote hai org me jinki vajah se unn orgs ka potential khatam hojata hai to make it big. These 2-3 kids are worthless and they make the org same. For new orgs man. Focus on good hiring always, jinko esports samjh aata hai.
