We've been trying to convey the impact of this storm for days. 7-10" of snow for nearly the entire state with an area of 10-12" a good bet from Evansville to Ft. Wayne and points east. Near blizzard conditions poss with gusts up to 35 mph. Travel will become very difficult. #INwx

Confidence is growing for a high impact winter storm Monday and Tuesday with the likelihood of heavy snow across the entire region. Gusty winds, up to 25 mph, will also lead to blowing and drifting. More details to come later today. #INwx

Here's the thing. Will the forecast models 4-5 days out be 100% accurate? No. But when each run and every model continues to show a significant winter storm with the potential for heavy amounts of snow and or ice, you take notice. So stay tuned. #INwx
