🙀Our paper in @Nature is just out! 🥳We imaged for the first time a chemical reaction with interferometric scattering microscopy (iSCAT) 🔬🧪By doing that we found solvent structuring in the early stages of covalent organic frameworks (COFs) formation.

😍📢Last paper of 2023! 🥳We show in🔓 @J_A_C_S a novel tandem catalyst that addresses the typically low CO* coverage on Cu, using Ni SAC on Cu, achieving stable ethylene (C2H4) generation with ∼62% FE. Potential alignment between Ni SAC and Cu is key! 🔑

I met Allen J. Bard @UTAustin in 2007 at the ISE meeting in La Plata, Argentina 🇦🇷 I was an undergraduate student at that time & I still remember the excitement of being in front of the father of modern electrochemistry 🔋 He sadly passed away but left an immense legacy for us🙏

🤩Lin and Jesus explored in @NanoLetters the dependence of a hot-electron-mediated reaction rate vs the interparticle distance in plasmonic hot-spots. 💡 By only changing the gap-size 10 nm, they achieved a 2-fold enhancement in the reaction rate! 😯🙌⛽️
