i’m also a dancer and try to get ~10k steps per day but lately i’ve been depressed and have zero energy so i’m not as active
how do I get rid of all of this candy without my family noticing? I know that having just one piece will trigger a massive binge and I still have easter lunch and dinner, I feel nauseous just looking at this photo

hi everyone!! I know I look really bulky and chubby, definitely don’t look like my bmi, but I promise to be better. I know I have been slacking off but i’ll be good now and work even harder towards my goal, please be patient with me :(
I would be the worst person to live with: I go to sleep at wack-ass times, wake up at the ass-crack of dawn, pace around for hours, can go from crying to happily dancing within 5 minutes, and throw up a minimum of 2 times per day
trust me, I understand that laxatives do absolutely nothing for long term weight loss and are actually quite harmful but all I care about is seeing the number on the scale go down and being constipated for 10 days straight is genuine hell, please leave me and my laxatives alone
