An autopsy confirmed the ID of the body found in Coquitlam's Minnekhada Regional Park on March 10 as Ivy Chen (pictured). Today, Ivy's sister Tracy Chen was charged with 1st degree murder in her death. Tracy had already been charged with indignity to a dead body in same incident.
