Fano controls some zonal cities and most districts in Amhara region. Amhara PP remains exiled in Addis Ababa. The regime celebrations of Fano's withdrawal from key cities to protect civilians is indicative of their realization of how easily they can be unseated in weeks.

Wolkait unifies divided Amharas. From APP to NaMA and diaspora organizations, there is agreement that Wolkiat is a red line. No Amhara will accept allowing TPLF restore its apartheid and genocide against Amaharas in Wolkait. No amount of pressure from IC will ever change this.
