A 3 car crash yesterday on Rte. 228 sent 4 people to the hospital with (non-life threatening) injuries. A northbound SUV crossed over center line & struck a van (which rolled over). SUV then struck a southbound SUV. Driver who crossed into oncoming lane was not wearing seatbelt.
We are aware of a recent social media post that a parent reported to us that mentioned a school threat. While there is no credible threat to any Hingham school, we are increasing our police presence in the schools.
