All timers on waves up until wave 21. Exact timers are essential to set up play patterns & to simplify the game in competitive. To keep players honest & to play as a team you have to be on the same page. To be on the same page you need to understand when, how & what to play on.

I highly doubt that Rekkles is the main problem. Coaching staff has to be trolling & rhuckz has a clear issue on ranged champs when it comes to position and understanding but you can adapt with good coaching staff imo.

Reflection on yesterdays series. We did not play our best games compared to what I know we can deliver and yet we took G2 to 5 being pixels away from winning it. Plan of attack will be made for finals week and all I can say is that the next team facing us will not make it🙂

How is it real that you can pick players according to how well they do in an unstructured environment where they draft for themselves & show up 5-10 mins before the "tryout?" This is unreal to me and must die out very soon. Template from me (Restructured for obvious reasons) 1/4

Devastating loss, could have done different 2nd phase bans for better draft. We used the prep for today well and had a decently free win I would say. Losing because of bad fighting especially this one hurts. We have to countine and move forward, no time to sulk and dwell.

Making the roster is arguable the most important part of the split, if you fail to fit the puzzle pieces together you are going to have so many conflicts because of VERY different opinions on the game & different mindsets that can very easily be avoided in the building process

I have spent atleast 300+ hours on one of the options I might pursue this offseason on scouting/the layered method etc this offseason and I would gladly do it again. Its so important to have the right scturture and it really cant be underestimated.

@ApplesloI We play hearld e.g To play hearld you play wave 12 at 7.00mins for swap/tempo adv e.g Understanding the timers you play on as a team is more important & easier then having to think about what wave you play on. Or you can go into the game hoping for better players and flipflop👍

In this clip you have the losing 3v3 on first wave - all you want to do is give secure access for jinx to move from bot to mid on that wave. If you have the winning 3v3 you can push the issue and control a larger zone

@justjon_lol You need games to see how they work to resolve as a "Team" & you need to treat them as it was a TEAM. Layer 1 is the actual interview, we talk about them as a people as well, combined with game related questions.

@Veigar_v2 @VeteranEU That I agree with, but from what is being done you CANNOT say that rekkles is to blame, if coaching staff has not seen this after 3-4 weeks of play then what are they there for? Not saying any player is out of "blame" but its not their job to put the team on the same page.
