I’m heading back to Rochester this morning. Asking for prayer. Thorfinn had to be intubated an hour ago. His breathing started diminishing significantly. He’s on an EEG to screen for seizures, which is a potential cause for the sudden downturn. Pray please. We trust our Lord.

Thorfinn had surgery this morning. A surgeon installed a temporary subgaleal shunt in his brain today to relieve a buildup of pressure from his past brain bleed. It was a success. The relief caused him to be more lucid/aware than I’ve ever seen. Praise God. My boy is a fighter.

I’m 6’4” and around 240 lbs. I walk through my house like a ninja, no one noticing when I go from room to room. My kids (all of them), their steps could be measured on the Richter scale.

Been plowing almost non-stop for 3 days. Came home tonight to a downed tree from all the heavy snow. More plowing tomorrow, plus some fun winter chainsawing. We’re short-staffed in our other company, so putting in more hours there, too. I also teach part-time M-F. Prayers plz.
