It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of our very own Chas Hodges. Despite receiving successful treatment for oesophageal cancer recently, Chas suffered organ failure and passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of this morning.

Surprised to find myself under this tonight - at launch of @CliveAslet 's excellent new book on Lutyens - reminds me of how Holman Hunt's paintings don't convey in images because of the red in them... it's bigger and brighter than you imagine

I've been to the cinema a lot in my life, even seen my name up there a few times, but last night at 'Liam Gallagher - Knebworth 22' was the first time I've seen my mug up on the big screen.. shame it was from 26 years ago and all I had to say was about The Beach Boys eating cake
