Delighted to say that we've managed to fix the 36" pipe that was damaged by a third party yesterday outside Cheltenham, and at no point was any customer left without water. Great job by all of our engineers working round the clock
Alex has been working round the clock, making sure tankers are able to get around our region to keep water flowing.
There’s water in our reservoirs, the challenge is to get it to homes quick enough as water is being used faster than we can treat it.

Our Rangers have been busy bunnies this week donating 2,000 Easter eggs to foodbanks and hospitals across our region!
The eggs were originally for Easter-egg hunts across all of our visitor sites, but with them currently closed, our Rangers had an egg-cellent idea of donating!

This young fox cub was rescued by a team member at one of our sites in Leek last week, after it fell into one of the drained waste water lagoons! Luckily one of our team got him out and cleaned him up, before safely releasing him, bounding away like nothing had happened 🦊
