اثبتت الدراسات العالمية ان ٧٧٪؜ من الضغوط النفسية لدى الموظفين هو راجع للمدير المباشرة. لذا فان تأهيل المدراء المباشرين بدورات هادفة بامور الادارة الحديثة Transformational Leadership امر مهم لمنع ومعالجة الاحتراق الوظيفي ودعم فرق العمل بدلاً من حرقهم وظيفياً بسوء التعامل الشخصي
