Hi. Here is a review of the last 12 months on the farm, it’s been another tough year, but I still love the farm and feel incredibly grateful to work in the agricultural industry. Full video can be found here: #farming #farm

Makes my blood boil that people think it’s ok to trespass across a field of wheat and let their dogs chase the deer 🦌. I found two dead deer in here one of which was in fawn! We have wildlife areas in this field for a reason and it’s not to entertain your dogs🤬! #RightToRoam

Hi, just a short video about wool. We don’t shear sheep for profit (the price of the wool barely covers the cost of shearing) we do it for welfare, to prevent them dying from heat exhaustion. #wool #sheep #shearing @NFUCountryside @FarmersGuardian @FarmingUK @BBCCountryfile

FYI I took our 🐑wool to the depo and had it weighted. At the Texel price of 66p a kg of wool we are looking at receiving £1.74 a fleece which has cost us £2.90 to have shorn off. That’s a loss of £1.16 a sheep before our time is taken into consideration 🤦🏻‍♂️ #wool #sheep #welfare

Obviously it’s as important to protect young lambs eyes from the sun, as it is for young children. These stylish lot are wearing a new range by Ovine Oakley 😎. #sheep #lambs

Make hay whilst the sun shines 🥵. One minor breakdown with the knotting mechanism, and then back to the heat. Nice hay though. #hay #makehay #farming #farmlife

Shifting a few hay bales today and noticed this great example of good and bad hay. One is young grass, dried fast in the🌞, the other is older grass, dampened by 🌧 and slowly dried over a week. #hay #forage #farming #farm
