Why? Adding salt will lower down the melting point. At atmospheric level, where atmospheric pressure is 101.325 kPaA, normal water will have melting and boiling point of 0 & 100 degC. Adding salt will make the melting point goes lower and boiling point higher. Science!

Fresh grads Exxonmobil usually are recruited straight from universities. They would have career fairs in US, UK, Korea/Japan, Australia. Career fair tu basically a fair je, they don’t take you in for interviews, unless you’re interesting enough and they want to know more.

Tayar @surayaror . A lot of people missed this. Some opt for second hand tyres which is dangerous. As someone who had a near death experience using 2nd hand tyres, I strongly suggest people to go for new tyres every 3 years/50k kms whichever comes first.

Pasang impeller dekat shaft. Both open and closed impeller guna method sama during initial fitting. We cool down the shaft in this case using liquid nitrogen, then slide in the impellers. Pastu baru lah ada bolt bagai. Kalau bukak, torch guna api then let them slide in sandbox.
