Delusions of grandeur, a common trait of the Eritrean identity due to colonialism and its legacy. EPLF provided no less than 500 men with no more than 5 tanks on the march to Addis Abeba. TPLF, with EPRDF, led all the way to the capital with minimal support from EPLF.
