We scrimmed 6 different OWL teams this week and all of them copied our entire comp. Some malding idiots on Twitter who spent an entire match dying to a Torb turret while @Birdring and @SPACEOW killed everyone are not going to deter us from playing whatever we feel is best.

The preseason is a useful tool for giving new players stage experience, but scheduling it less than a week before the regular season puts teams in an awkward position. Generally speaking, I don't think teams are enjoying this any more than the viewers.

Hero bans are a bandaid to the fact that ultimates are way too strong and discourage swapping. There's a good reason first points have the most hero diversity, and why every meta comp is the one that allows for the most counters with the least swaps.

My only regret in leaving @LAValiant is not being able to work with this guy. Absolutely amazing coach and didn't complain once about 80 hour work weeks for 6 months straight. One of the key reasons @LAValiant was able to turn the team around after Stage 2.

I wasn’t there but for what it’s worth this is completely consistent with what I was told when I joined. Every mixed roster faced similar issues during the first season. Important not to place too much value in one sided and intentionally dishonest accounts of internal drama.
