Fort Erie running the Prince of Wales on Tuesday is absolutely brilliant. A small track had the eyes of the entire industry on them instead of stubbornly running it on the weekend where it would get swallowed in stature by DMR, SAR, and a number of other tracks. Good job.

Pretty neat that Mohawk allowed fans to meet & get photos taken with Bulldog Hanover tonight. Like I don't know how many other stallions would be fine with that for an hour or more but just shows again what a cool horse he is.

Accusing someone who works in horse racing media as not loving horse racing fascinates me...you work odd/inconsistent hours for meh pay with limited/non-existent growth opportunities in a contracting industry...if you don't love the game, I don't know why you'd ever get involved.

I'm not a bigwig or anything & I know he didn't do it to win extra honors, but I hope @stratton_racing gets the Good Guy award from USHWA for what he's done at Red Shores the last two years with Covered Bridge. What he's done w/the fans, that's definition of what that stands for.

Atlanta won in 1:50.3 at age 3, 1:49.1 at age 4, 1:50 at age 5, 1:49 at age 6, and 1:50 again at age 7. An all-time great we're getting to enjoy.

Wanted to say that Brian Brown and all his staff deserve major kudos for that performance by Confederate last night. He was already the best horse in that division before Brett ever laid a finger on him. Brett might have added on but Brian did the work molding the clay.

The fact Luc Ouellette was not even a finalist for the Canadian Hall of Fame this year is beyond absurd. He has 2,966 more wins than Paul Mac does, earned $14.58 million more, his UDRS is 61 points higher, and he hasn't driven since 12/17 while Paul is still active.
