Dane Fife told me on the court that the final play was supposed to be a lob from Kenny Goins to Xavier Tillman. Tillman hadn’t come off the screen yet when Goins realized Zion was too far back. So he let it go. Said he knew the shot was good the second it left his hands.

Michigan has it rolling. Just dumb to risk something like this tarnishing it. Because this is going to be a part of the legacy of this era, unless it's proven to be untrue. Much like the Patriots and Astros, Harbaugh's program has opened itself up to an asterisk.
