1. Proximity to where I need to be daily (15 minutes walking, 30 minutes public transport) 2. Security. Ideally requiring passcode entry, alarms (fire and carbon monoxide ones). 3. A spacious shower and bathroom. 4. A recently designed kitchen. 5. Bedroom aesthetics.
