Yesterday, the HS community voted to reach a deal with @GGPoker ending the boycott of their VIP games. The net result is: - 90% roll back of the increase 4+ handed (~4.2bb @ 5k) - Decrease in rake 3h + HU - GG promises to consider further trial of decreases in 3h + HU rake

The super user on GG was only caught by players with hand histories. The bots on ACR likewise. Ideally yes, there would be no MDA possible, but it requires extremely competent security teams FIRST, then enforcement, and is miles down the list of priorities to ensure longevity

For context one member of the High Stakes community raked 600k last year, battling all comers 3 handed and heads up. This player hasmoved all his action away from GG, calculating that less than 20% of his action last year would be in beatable games, under the new rake structure.

If your proffesion is looking at PIO outputs it's much easier for ideas to look good than when you're timing out on 4 tables trying to randomise your flop cbet size again and getting range called by Ospiel on the other one.

2. No alcohol or partying until the last hand of your schedule. A drink at dinner is fine, but you can't be out ripping shots after dark. It wouldn't matter if alcohol didn't fuck with your sleep. But it does, big time.

Every 5 posts on twitter is a new random guy saying how easy it is to make money from crypto. I've believed BTC is the highest EV investment vehicle outside of poker for a long time, but I also have a strong belief that everyone making money with no edge isn't sustainable🤷🤷
