So, today, we got the Freedom of the City of London. Honoured and humbled. It was the first time the Irish language was used in the ceremony's almost 800 year history. Beautiful to share it with Ed, Maeve, and an Irish Lord Mayor.

UPDATE: London’s St Patrick’s Day celebrations are an annual highlight for many, so I'm incredibly disappointed that this year’s event has had to be cancelled as key performers and parade participants are no longer able to participate due to the ongoing threat of coronavirus.

We lost our first son in an almost identical way. We called him Oliver. But, we were in London, so we were treated with compassionate care. Ireland needs to sort the legislation out & stop hurting people like this. Love to the all who have to travel.

10 years ago today, our first son joined and left us. Although so much has happened since, including two beautiful sons, I will never forget that time. Nor do I want to. Love to our sick little boy, Oliver. Endless gratitude to the NHS staff who carried us through.
