The FIFA Council has also dediced to amend the Rules Governing the Procedures of the PSC and DRC. We need to move faster and more efficiently. A Circular Letter will be published next week (New rules in place on Nov 1). Thanks to @ECAEurope and @FIFPro for their contribution.
