Data on what? productivity? retention? Employers have no idea what actionable data truly is. Let's say the data shows drop in productivity but also a drop in sick leave and turn-over, then what?
Robert Zohn of Value Electronics said Sony HQ told him that Sony Support USA is wrong, they will make an official statement to confirm VRR still planned for X900H

You are one of the blessed, whereas others who have enlisted with similar dreams did not end up so lucky - there are no guarantees in life.
@fuckyouiquit
The reason employers hate remote work is the high cost of overhauling HR compliance in the context of taxes, time tracking, labor laws, etc. Executives read this report and they be like, nope this is not making us money
Who thinks that Apple's AR/VR Vision Pro will replace 98" TVs? I'm impressed by the presentation and specs, 3D, HDR, etc. but at $3500 - who's getting this?
@Flatpanels
Hopefully, limited to Sony only but it may set a precedent if consumers protection agencies don't object. Is this even legal in Europe? I'd be shocked there isn't an investigation with hefty fines from the EU over this!

for many jobs, hourly is unavoidable, but for other jobs work needs to be converted to tasks and deliverables to be "completed" and instead of tracking hours the employer tracks actual work done
Regarding X900H VRR discrepancy: clearly Sony didn't realize it was a problem until consumers flooded their USA support and retailers called them on it.
Sharp Aquos XLED TV has 2,150 dimming zones which is the most dimming zones ever on a 65" TV (nearly double QM8, U8K and QN95C). I'll be reviewing it so what do you want to know?
After 8 hours reviewing the LG G3 vs Samsung S95C on livestream yesterday, we have more comparisons and conclusions today so join us with your questions! What do you want to know about the best OLED TVs of 2023?

I take umbrage, don't make me take off my glove good sir. As a premier Sony dealer with contacts within Sony HQ, Robert Zohn is as trustworthy as they come. You know, we really should do a livestream together Vincent, I guarantee it would get you clicks & views

no doubt, but what I meant was that these decisions regarding remote work are falling to Gen X who are doing the data analytics and recommendations to leadership - the boomer CEO decides based on reports created by a highly paid Gen X consultant.
@NVIDIAGeForce
Your changing narrative smells of marketing BS - demanding reviewers pronounce "Tie" instead of T.I. is four years too late - if it mattered why didn't you say so in 2017 at the 1080Ti launch? Because maybe you forgot about this "Titanium" theme that was gonna happen in 2021?
@potentialwaster

@fuckyouiquit
boomer CEOs have mailed it in and only collect a paycheck - all the work is done by Gen X letting the boomers take all the credit. Does anybody really think a boomer is doing data analystics and writing up recommendations?
Sony X90J and X95J release dates are as follows:
X95J is 1st week of June
X90J 50", 55", 65" is March 22
X90J 75" is April 12
X90J 100" is April 19
Big thanks to Value Electronics for the heads up!
Many of you asked me to compare BFI brightness G3 vs S95C vs A95L: G3 is brightest by a large margin. BFI on LG G3 in HDR Vivid is brighter than A95L in Vivid without BFI (see below) - that's pretty amazing for motion resolution in sports content!
LG G3 with BFI in Cinema Home with DTM preserves color accuracy while being perfectly bright! Below you see it slightly brighter than A95L in Professional (no BFI, gradation preferred). So if you are a BFI fan, the G3 may be the TV for you.

Putting the cart before the horse, or in this case, pointless product pushing when there's no product to be had - your marketing is literally just pissing people off because it's a constant reminder that bots won, people lost

And thankfully, this mobilized consumers to flood Sony USA support with angry threats that forced their hand. You're welcome. It's time ...
Busy this weekend 🍿 watching 3D movies! Next level immersion is totally engrossing - a benchmark product to compare an entirely new product category for content consumption. Review next week
Hisense U8G review is underway - I am IN AWE of this TV. Forget that it's $1,300, it is matching the QN90A in some many ways. Dark room, brightness, color and motion (yes, testing red ghosting tonight). What do you want to know?
$800 for 65" TCL Q7 is a crazy great price for the excellent image quality I'm seeing - it's better than Hisense U8H and UK7. Below are PS5 comparisons with the QM8, LG G3 and U7K (Q7 is top right)
I know it's a rough job I'm on my way to see Maverick at the

with laser theater in the Irvine Spectrum - I believe this is the largest one (70mm) in the OC
Some details about the HDR10 "Panel Aging" pattern of blinking colors: (1) each color requires the max luminance the TV is capable for that block (2) it recreates a very high APL scene without being static (3) so TVs should see it as a dynamic scene with no "static" images ...
In the middle of my A90J Review and its HDR brightness vs QN90A is astounding on Mad Max beating it more often than not and sometimes (rarely though) brighter than the U8G like here battling for the flare during the sandstorm car chase - check out that controlled brightness
I'm doing comparisons with Dolby Vision on Netflix (G2 vs S95B) and the differences are so minor such that it ends up being personal preference - if I didn't label these, which do you like more?
For the curious, my livestream setup in my 9x10 room: M2 Ultra, Sony FX30, CMIT 5U mic, 2x OLED displays (16" Viewsonic, 32" ProArt) and
#ecammfamstudio23
easily the best livestream software for MacOS
LG G2, S95B and A90J upscaled DVD/480p SDR content well - I couldn't say one was better. However, lowbitrate HDR in 480p (streaming) the LG G2 with Super Resolution set to Medium was the best, yes, I think better than Reality Creation
