This is a huge win for urbanists and safe street advocates. Closing the "light truck emissions loophole" that has resulted in bigger, more deadly passenger cars for the last 20 years. If Trump is elected this gets reversed immediately.

@LilahTovMoon @DavidZipper All intersections are crosswalks. The curb cut is required by the ADA, a zebra pattern is not. Zebras teach drivers they don't have to stop for pedestrians unless there's zebras. In general I don't like zebras installed except as a zone to keep traffic clear at a stop sign/light.
