My heart is really heavy.💔 A good friend John Leasor "Cudgie" lost his son Charlie yesterday to an asthma attack. He was only 16 and a big Rovers fan. Loved home games, but loved away games even more. Most of the football community on Wirral know John as a player and Manager.

I respect EFC as a club. They have been great with Rovers over the years sending players on loan etc and the respect from "most" seems to be reciprocated. Know loads of sound Everton fans. The 3-0 game was one of my best days as a Tranmere fan and it should be remembered 🙌

When Ben asked me to become a trust member, he told me of his vision for a new fan park. I don't think he "envisaged" something a grand as this. His enthusiasm for the fans and club was undeniable. Once it is complete, I'm sure he will be proud of what we have achieved together.
