@catholicdoomer As a child of parents who stayed together in an unhappy marriage until I was grown I definitively think it was better than divorcing. I used to think they should have just divorced, but looking back at what happened when they finally did...it was definitely not better.

@luinalaska I actually know someone with this same energy and it's fascinating to watch. In the height of covid hysteria he would walk mask-less through stores with people following him trying to stop him, completely ignoring them as he shopped. No one ever called the cops.

@EBasilion My father always told me to get at least a masters degree. I didn't realize until halfway through my bachelors that things don't work the same way they did when he was younger. A masters degree isn't helpful unless you have a very clear path in mind.

@tallowmom Yes! My son would spike fevers over night to 104° and I only found out because him heating up woke me up. He slept right through. The night he had a febrile seizure was scary, but I was right there and able to help immediately. We still co-sleep anytime he seems sick.

@willlowthewhisp I definitely would. Gestational diabetes can happen with any pregnancy. I've had friends who had it with one, didn't the next, then did again with a third. I managed mine with diet alone and while not easy, it wasn't that bad. Worth knowing if something is wrong.

Alright, y'all. I need gentle sleep training advice. I hate the idea of letting him cry, but I need to find a way to get him sleeping longer periods. 4-6 + times a night waking up is starting to wear on me after a year.
