Officials say even though both the Grand Forks Sheriff and Police Departments are still grieving the loss of Officer Cody Holte after Wednesday’s deadly shoot-out, both still sent 15 officers to assist law enforcement last night in Fargo. Chills.

Police Officer Tina Hallada stopped to assist motorist who had gotten stuck in a snow bank during a winter storm. Officer Hallada immediately began assisting the motorist, trying to help dislodge the vehicle from the snow bank. (1/3)
A total of five individuals sustained injuries. FPD can confirm that one of its officers has died as a result of sustained injuries and two remain in critical condition. Two other civilians sustained serious injuries, including the suspect who died as a result of the shooting.

Today, we honor the life of Officer Jason Moszer who was fatally shot on Feb. 10, 2016 and subsequently died from his injury two years ago today. Officer Moszer gave his life while serving his community with courage and valor. We will never forget his ultimate sacrifice.
The FPD is responding to a critical incident and is asking individuals to stay clear of the area of 25th St. S. and 13th Ave. S.

Deputy Chief Osmundson has submitted his immediate resignation to the Fargo Police Department after 31 years of service. Chief Todd received it late this afternoon.

Asma was last seen in South Fargo on Wednesday, April 19 at approximately 10 p.m.
Asma is 5’8”, 170 lbs. with brown eyes, black hair and wears a hijab.
We are aware of this photo circulating social media. To be clear, our department, nor any other department used rubber bullets Saturday night. Pepper balls, OC gas were used towards violent rioters. This individual was also seen breaking into JL Beers and stealing beer.
