@theskindoctor13 Also 80 crores gets free ration but a salaried employee earning merely 10 lacs (specifically in metro cities) ends up paying 20-30% tax with literally no relief as they're not a vote bank.. IMO, the approach towards taxpayers and middle class has hurt many sentiments.

Just a clarification, it's just #TaxAudit date is extended. Company's AGM #DueDate was still September 30, 2022 and no balance sheet can be signed post this date unless its first year or extension of AGM is obtained. Thanks @TaxationUpdates 👍

These extension of #DueDates were used mainly to hide the inefficient websites during peak hours. Whenever, #MCA had not not given extension, it gets exposed badly. I still feel it was ok even if there is no extension but absolutely disappointed with non working portal.

Biggest drawback of V3, in my opinion, is WebForm. We can't fill it offline, need internet 24*7 to file it, if MCA website is down we can't work, peak filing period will be chaos, cannot save form halfway or prepare it unless all details recd unlike PDF Form. #CSTwitter
