This is not a real problem. Never has been, never will be. The songs that won immediately after Heroes were 1944 and Amar Pelos Dois. Sweden has won 3 times in the last 11 editions and we are still getting songs like EAEA. This isn’t a real concern

We don't hate Sweden at #Eurovision , we just don't want that competition to lose its quality standard and diversity. Swedish scandipop is not that creative, and also having just english pop songs as a #Eurovision standard may downgrade the contest itself.
