How true freshman @jack_bakus transferred halfway through the year; gained ~6 mph of bat speed in a few months and made a midseason adjustment that catapulted his skill set to become a top 10 hitter in JUCO. 🧵

This is exactly how I see the baseball community. Guys who are data/tech savvy coming through baseball have just as much to learn from the guys who have been in the game and vice versa. Insecurities on either end are very loud. Focus on the player, not your ego. @jockowillink

Such an advantage when as a hitter you get to work through swing changes and battle test them. Your swing will adapt to your environment, cookies down the middle will only make you feel like you’re getting better. Do hard things often. However you can. We just have a Trajekt.
