Kallmann syndrome: -MRI : is the modality of choice espicially coronal T2 sequences through frontal lobes. 1-The olfactory nerves ,bulbs and sulci are absent (arhinencephaly). 2-Importantly the hypothalamus and pituitary are most often morphologically normal in appearance.
