@OdessaOrlewicz As a cashier during this 'outage', it was great to see so many people who had cash. In the past 3 years, I've seen a lot more people with cash in their pockets. Not just a $20 or so, but $100 or more. I don't think cash is going anywhere soon regardless of what government wants.

I'll join the party: "32% of Canadians" produce a portion of their food on their own property. That includes owning chickens for eggs, raising animals to slaughter, and growing fruits, berries and vegetables. This should increase to at least 60% for a more stable country.

@mauddweeb I don't know this dilemma. But I know the difference between a brown bear and a black bear. If you climb a tree to escape the bear and it knocks down the tree, it's a brown bear. If it climbs the tree after you, it's a black bear.

@BizCouncilAB No. We need a clear vision and plan for economic growth through Canadians, the people who already live here. There should be a 5-year halt to immigration. Maybe then housing would catch up and tent cities would disappear. I support a 5-year freeze on immigration.
